Hi,

If your heart was 200 beats per minutes than most likely you had a episode of supravebtricular tachycardia. This can happen again. Best advise is to see a primary care physician or cardiologist who can do appropriate check and evaluation of your heart condition.

No, this is not Angina but it is called cardiac arrhythmias - a rhythm disorder of heart.

If you have chest pain and SOB with exertion, than you need to see cardiologist.

1. Episodes of supraventricular tacycardia can cause chest pain and SOB. It is important to differentiate your symptoms from symptoms of rapid heart rate.
2. Once you have evaluation by your doctor than he or she would consider treadmill stress test.
3. Other test you may need is blood test and echocardiogram.
4. Important thing is not to ignore symptoms becasue you are young. Please, consider seing cardiologist.

That is way to high . 70 is the average for someone your age and wait . 90 may not even be alarming but 200 is not good . See you doc because they may be able to control it with med. such as beta blockers which is good to lower blood pressure releave chest pain and lower heart rate . They only want you heart rate to go about 140 in a stress test .
