Too long to wait?I'm un the UK under the NHS and cannot afford to see a doctor privately. I am on holiday for 10 days from tomorrow.
At the end of September my GP sent a letter referring me back to the cardiologist because of a recurrence of chest pains, fitting a typically anginal description and relieved by GTN. Since then I have had one really bad attack. The others have been fairly minor, precipitated by exertion or stress, but I did have two on Tuesday evening when I was merely at my computer - albeit after a hard day. Does this seem a long wait to you? My plans are: If I get a bad episode or increasing rest attacks I will go to A & E When I see my GP on the 26th, I will ask if she can get it brought forward
