The other night when I stepped out of the shower, I started to fall over to the side and almost fell into the bathtub sideways. It scared me so badly I was shaken up for most of the night. Is balance a problem with FMS? Is anyone else having similar problems? I do have restless leg syndrome but I have no symptoms. It was discovered by blood test. I start to fall over a lot but am able to catch myself. I am only 67 but am considering getting a walker now. Can someone enlighten me?

I understand what u are going though I have a lot of problums with my balance also I take alot of meclizien to help with this symtom

I was diagnosed with fibro 15 years ago but it is only recently that I have started to have balance problems. I have fallen a lot and even knocked myself out.Im not sure if it is due to my fibro as I have other medical conditions but am having tests and will post the results in this forum.
