I'm sorry, but your wife's Urologist was correct in beating you up for ever suggesting such a thing. The Urologist will take care of her. She will be living with this for LIFE and taking meds for LIFE! She should be om Elmiron and a pain med and the Interstim Implant should be discussed with HIM/HER Urologist. You have no idea what pain your poor wife is in. Agony and depression, give her love and understanding and let the Urologist do his job!
