Interstitial Cystitis

This is my 3rd attempt taking elmiron. 200 mg twice a day.
Has anyone felt tired taking Elmiron or Sanctura XR. I felt tired & slightly depressed.
I currently take an antidepressant & thyroid medication & hormone medication so I dont want to take something thats going to add to my depression or hormone imbalance.
It has been suspected that I have had IC for the last 4 yrs but my case has been really mild up until now.
I had the potassium sensitivity test done & it was confirmed. Next wk I'm having a cysto w/hydrodistension. I was taking sanctura 20 mg twice/day for a long time. The uro. chg'd my sanctura to XR & I started taking the elmiron 200 mg twice a day but I felt so tired & out of it.
Need suggestions. Will the tired feeling go away? I want to give the Elmiron a fair try. or is the tired feeling from the IC itself?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. :) Thx
