I need help- fast

Post a new topicby _Amanda_ on Wed Jun 25, 2008 10:58 am

I had a REALLY bad flare up the other day. My period is supposed to be here, and I got all my pms symptoms but still no period. Can a really bad flare-up make one's period come late? I know a person's menstural cycle can affect IC and vice-versa, but i'm still not sure of all the information pertaining to that. If someone could give me info asap, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Contact your Urologist and find out. For really bad flare ups I get Pyridium, which you need a script for, for 5 days and it numbs your lower back and bladder. I'm not a doctor but I would think a bad flare up which cause some kind of change in your period, but, I would call your Urologist, not, your Gyn. because some docs never heard of IC. Good luck
